yeah all good. I chucked marzocchi 66 rcv's on the orange patriot the vans were on. not riden it yet as the brakes need sorting still. expensive hobby!!!! |

cool! i think maxxis always come up skinnier than any other brands. so their 2.4 will be similar to 2.35 in most brands. they should be great tyres though!

hi there, just found out, at least 185mm, from top of steerer to bottom of frame headtube, but it's 195 from top to botom of headset

i'm loving dual ply maxxis highroller 2.5 on anything from singletrack to dh, even in most mud situations. i have wet screams to try soon. Schalwbe do some awesome looking tyres, check them out.

uummm honesty, they ride.. "OK" but i wont be getting any more of them in the future. I think i got them from chain reaction cycles for about that price. they roll fast for what they are, i'd think they are like kenda nevegals. my main problem is that the wtb tyres are the worst tyre to put on the rim, they are such a pain. and i have wtb rims! once they are on, they can not come off, they clip in too well. i had to use metal tyre levers to put them on. on the trail, i would not like to fix a puncture with them, it would take 3 days to do. also today when i put them on, i pumped the rear one up hard to ping it on the rim evenly, and it exploded in my face. i have had a head ache since. i had to cut the dissent off and then put on a maxxis advantage instead. because of these experiences, i am not in a hurry to buy more hope this helps!!!
